I’m a Kentucky-based host, Realtor, and owner of Kentucky Short Stays. After more than two decades as part of a military family and raising four children, I’ve experienced plenty of moves, transitions, temporary housing, and time spent away from home. Those experiences shaped the way I approach hosting today—I know how much the little things matter when you’re staying somewhere unfamiliar. My goal is to provide guests with a clean, comfortable, well-equipped space where they can truly settle in and feel at home. Whether you’re in town for a weekend getaway, visiting family, working in the area, relocating, waiting on a home to be ready, or staying for several weeks or months, I want your experience to be easy and stress-free. I especially enjoy creating furnished homes that feel warm and welcoming rather than temporary or impersonal. I pay attention to comfort, practicality, and the details that make everyday living easier, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and spaces where you can relax at the end of the day. As a local Realtor and property owner, I also know the area well and am always happy to help with questions or recommendations during your stay. I believe good hosting means being responsive and available when needed while also giving guests the privacy to simply enjoy the home. When I’m not working with guests or real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, home decorating and renovation projects, traveling, reading, and playing pickleball.
